Welcome to our first tournament series stop Turkey Day Classic of “Nashville”. Turkey Day Classic believes youth football players deserve the best when it comes to officials, fields and venues. This is why we use ACC, SWAC, and college/high school football officials from Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Florida, Louisiana and Kentucky. Turkey Day Classic endeavors to find the best fields in each city where we hold our events. We provide pictures of the game facilities under each Tournament City category.

We are changing formats from a single tournament format to a tournament series. Any team that wins our divisional tournaments in Nashville, Cincinnati, will have an open invitation to our National Championship Tournament in Atlanta GA, where only the best come to play!

When it comes to the cities we choose, we look for more than just football venues because we want to a city that can provide fun for the whole family.

Nashville is a city known for its country music, where you can vistit the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Belcourt Theatre, and Grand Ole Opry. The Opry plays there several times a week, except for an annual winter run at the Ryman.

Nashville provides other notable parks which include Centennial Park, Shelby Park, and Radnor Lake State Natural Area.

Other Parks and Destination:

  1. Nashborough
  2. Fort Negley,
  3. Tennessee State Museum
  4. The Parthenon, a full-scale replica of the original Parthenon in Athens.
  5. Tennessee State Capitol is one of the oldest working state capitol buildings in the nation, while The Hermitage is one of the older presidential homes open to the public.

Civil War history is important to the Nashville’s tourism industry. Sites pertaining to the Battle of Nashville and the nearby Battle of Franklin and Battle of Stones River can be seen, along with several well-preserved antebellum plantation houses such as Belle Meade Plantation, Carnton plantation in Franklin, and Belmont Mansion.
